The COVID-19 pandemic affected every area of society with schools taking a major hit. Education institutions are not immune to the threats and challenges of doing business in this competitive world. What was initially perceived as a temporary disruption of operations has turned into something more permanent in nature, the “new normal.”

The sudden transition to do remote delivery of services to our students brought some challenges – readiness of homes, connectivity, and adjustments both to teachers and students. But the problems were definitely made more severe for those with no prepared learning materials for alternative delivery modes. This is where we had an advantage. The curricular program we are using in our core subjects, the School of Tomorrow® System, provides proven and tested self-learning materials that could be used by schools and families in different settings. This is part of the framework of Christ the Living Intercessor Christian School, Inc. (CTLI) school continuity management.
